The corrosion resistance of Titanium forged ring is much better than that of stainless steel when it works in a humid atmosphere and seawater mediums. Resistance to pitting corrosion, acid corrosion, and stress corrosion are particularly strong; Excellent corrosion resistance to alkali, chloride, chlorine organic articles, nitric acid, and so on. But titanium has poor corrosion resistance to reducing oxygen and chromite medium. Titanium material has strong corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-reducing media.
