Resistance to pitting corrosion, acid corrosion, and stress corrosion are particularly strong; Excellent corrosion resistance to alkali, chloride, chlorine organic articles, nitric acid, and so on. But titanium has poor corrosion resistance to reducing oxygen and chromite medium. Titanium material has strong corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-reducing media.

Forging, die forging, rotary forging, fine forging, welding testing tensile strength testing, hardness testing, chemical composition testing, ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, penetrant coloring testing. Surface treatment: car light, chamfering. Surface quality: The surface roughness Ra of the two ends shall not be greater than 3.2lum (subject to ultrasonic inspection requirements), the surface roughness Ra of the inner and outer surfaces shall not be greater than 12.5um (when ultrasonic inspection is required for the outer circumferential surface, Ra shall not be greater than 3.2um), and the chamfering radius shall be 5-15mm.
